AmeriCare Home Care Franchise
For more than a decade, ameriCARE has provided the highest quality in-home care services throughout the country via franchise offices.
Our non-medical home care brand focuses primarily on private pay clients, while offering them customized care with a personal touch. As an emerging brand with significant growth potential, ameriCARE is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to break into the home care industry on the ground floor and have their voices heard as we expand.
New ameriCARE owners can expect to have their days filled with:
- recruitment efforts (hosting and/or attending virtual or in-person events)
- interviewing and hiring caregivers
- matching caregivers and clients systematically through our homecare platform to receive care
- meeting with potential clients and their families in their home for care assessments
- marketing efforts and social media engagement
- collaborating with the Headquarters team and approved vendors to strategize
- networking with community referral sources
- attending, sponsoring, and/or presenting educational community events
- quality care evaluations
Depending on the owner’s access to resources, they may decide to hire additional personnel to assist with operations.
What makes an ameriCARE franchise different from other home care brands?
1. As an emerging brand, we have desirable territory with flexibility on territory packages and investment levels.
2. We have a palpable culture that empowers each individual franchise owner to succeed in their specific markets. We are NOT a cookie cutter franchise family.
3. We offer an Area Representative opportunity which is rare in the senior care space. This option is perfect for a candidate looking to build an empire!
4. An ameriCARE owner can feel good about their business—they provide life changing services to their community while earning an income.
5. With our robust homecare software, we work to provide our owners the tools to run their agencies as efficiently as possible. This allows them to focus on the most important part of their business: providing compassionate, personalized care.
Why the senior care industry?
- According to the Population Reference Bureau, “The number of Americans age 65 and older is expected to double from 52 million in 2018 to 95 million by 2060…”
- Right now, the first wave of Baby Boomers is just beginning to seek care and as the American population continues to age, demand for home care will only continue to grow!
- As we continue to put COVID-19 in the rearview, the ramifications of the pandemic are still widely felt, especially in the home care industry. Because of the tragedies and widespread illness unfolded in live-in facilities and nursing homes, more and more seniors and their loved ones sought options to age in place.
- Now, we know that aging in the comfort of their own homes is a significant priority for older Americans. According to the AARP, nearly 90% of adults over 65 want to remain in the current homes as they grow older.
- With a built-in client base that expands daily, there has never been a better time to join the home care industry!
