Mint Condition Franchise Opportunities and Information

Mint Condition is a Master Franchise opportunity designed for Executive Level candidates who are interested in building a large-scale enterprise. While we work in the janitorial industry, this is not a janitorial franchise. It is a franchise sales and business development franchise. Our Master Franchisees spend their day focused on two goals:

1. Recruit, develop and support quality franchisees
2. Support those franchisees by helping them recruit and support quality cleaning accounts

As a Master Franchisee, they will never open or run a Unit Franchise. Their time will best be focused working on, not in, their business.

Our franchise fee for a Master Franchise is based on the territory's population and is calculated at $84/1000. Commissions are 30% of the franchise fee with a minimum of $30K. Our largest available commission is $192K. We have five territories that pay over $100K and over twenty that pay $50K or more.

While we have over 400 Unit Franchisees, the opportunity for advisors is limited to our Master Franchise program and the details here reflect that program. We currently have 12 Master territories owned by 10 Master Franchisees. These Master Franchisees have experience and validate well.

The primary development contact, Randy Abernathy, is a former Master Franchisee from another system who owned, operated, and sold a successful territory for 11 years. He also has franchise brokering experience and recognizes the importance of treating your candidates well and ensuring they come back to you excited about the process if they are not a fit for Mint.
