Alex Sabbagh is a Certified Franchise Consultant and the founder of Franchise Ally, a franchise consulting and development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia that works in affiliation with FranServe to help people explore business ownership.
Alex came into franchising through staffing and recruiting, where he spent years connecting people with roles that fit their skills and ambitions. That instinct carried over when he moved into franchise development for a commercial cleaning brand, and later into a director role with one of the largest franchisor groups in the world, where he recruited new owners across the U.S. and Canada for more than a decade. In 2022 he moved to the candidate side of the table as a full-time franchise consultant, and Franchise Ally grew out of that work.
His approach is deliberately personal. Alex does not believe one playbook fits every buyer, because each client arrives with different goals, different strengths, and a different financial picture. He begins by listening, builds a detailed profile of your background, interests, and investment range, then brings forward opportunities that actually match it. From there he walks through each option with you, narrows the field as your priorities sharpen, and introduces you to franchisors only when you are ready.
He stays involved after that introduction too, answering questions and helping you keep the process moving through validation and due diligence. Clients tend to describe him as responsive, candid about the tradeoffs, and focused on fit over volume.
Alex's consulting services are free to candidates. He is compensated by franchisors when a client selects a brand.
