About Camp Bow Wow
Camp Bow Wow® is the premier doggy day care and boarding franchise in North America! Established in
2000 and franchising since 2003, we have grown to more than 200 open locations with over 60 in
development. As we grow our philosophy remains the same- Making Dogs Happy. We’re proud to offer a
franchise concept that’s scalable, giving you the chance to own a Camp and reap the emotional and
financial rewards this unique pet care business opportunity has to offer.
Franchise owners have to love two things: Dogs and business. They must love dogs as much as our
customers do, and they must love running a business that puts dogs first. With 5 million annual dog
visits, we're a dog day care and boarding concept that dogs - and their parents - truly love.
Highlights from the brand:
Ranked in Entrepreneur Franchise 500 for 15 consecutive years
Over 200 franchise locations in 41 states and Canada
Nearly 50% of owners operate multiple units
96% franchise renewal rate
Hands-on support office for all needs from real estate and construction to marketing
The Camp Bow Wow brand family also includes The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation®, a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization dedicated to providing urgent medical care funds to dogs who are either homeless
or whose parents cannot afford to pay their veterinary bills.
In 2024, Camp Bow Wow was acquired by Propelled Brands, a recognized leader in the franchising
industry, positioning Camp Bow Wow for robust growth backed by a proven model aimed at success. We
are excited to bring our premier dog care services to even more communities so that countless dogs can
experience the Camp Bow Wow difference.
