Virgin Island Thyme is a Fast Casual Caribbean Grill. The food and beverages served are inspired by the culture of the US Virgin Islands. Our most popular dishes are Jerk Chicken, Braised Oxtail, Coconut Shrimp and Rock City BBQ Ribs.

Virgin Island Thyme restaurants are designed with a simple cost effective layout that works with locations from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. It only takes 3 to 4 team members to run a shift and provide great food and customer service. Freshly prepared ingredients make the difference! Our menu has been engineered to cross utilize ingredients and reduce excess waste and inventory. This gives us a menu with broad appeal while making it easy to manage. Meals are prepared to order and served fast at the peak of freshness.

Virgin Island Thyme provides a full week of training for your team and also provides support during your opening. We ensure your team is 100% ready and validated to successfully run your restaurant. In addition to initial training we will also provide on-going support to include:

  • Detailed proven recipes and operational procedures and a Comprehensive Operations Manual
