About inLIFE Wellness

inLIFE Wellness is a boutique Reformer Pilates and fusion fitness franchise built to be cheaper to open
and easier to run than the rest of the category. It wins the 84% of new members who've never done
Reformer before, a customer other studios don't chase. Investment runs about $180K below the
category average. Most owners run it as a Managing Owner, working roughly 20 hours a week max with
a Studio Manager in place, a model already proven across the system.
The Australian parent has run four years with 32 franchises and 55+ studios open, zero terminations or
non-renewals. The U.S. entity began franchising in January 2025: 9 studios open in Dallas today, 8
more in development toward 17 in year one, and every U.S. franchisee has gone multi-unit or is in
process.

WHY inLIFE Wellness?

Engineered for profit, not revenue — Melissa, a franchised studio only three months old, posted $374,553 in sales and left $224,174 on the table (59.9%); Flower Mound, open less than a year, still cleared 39.6%. The model is built for the operator's take-home, not the franchisor's top line
Every U.S. owner is opening more — all U.S. franchisees own multiple units or are in process, inside the first year of U.S. franchising; the lead franchisee (now on the support team) is locked into his sixth LOI
Cheaper to build, more to the bottom line — total investment ($257,780–$458,670) runs roughly $180K below the category average, about a third less than a competitor Pilates brand.
Fewer moving parts — no 60-hour weeks required. A 1,800 sq ft footprint with no front-desk labor, a standardized tech stack, and a member-conversion playbook proven across 55+ studios
“20 minutes a day” — in the words of one of the newest Dallas franchisees: “I spend 20 minutes a day on this business – a daily check-in with my manager. Life is for living.”
Beginner-friendly in a category that isn't — 84% of new members have never done Reformer before; 36% have never held any gym or studio membership. inLIFE targets the customers other Pilates brands leave out
A real community, not a chain experience — the mission is “to be a place where our members love to come,” trained into every owner and instructor, not just written on a website. It's often the first thing a prospective member hears during validation
An inherited reputation new owners don't have to build from zero — 13,500+ ClassPass ratings averaging 4.9 stars, and 4.85 stars on Google across 266 reviews from just 6 U.S. studios

OUR IDEAL FRANCHISEE

Corporate professional in transition (career ceiling, burnout, a new baby, a layoff) who wants autonomy and doesn't need to teach classes personally — the model's most common owner profile
Operator discipline — the hired Studio Manager brings the practice fluency; the owner brings hiring judgment, KPI oversight, and financial literacy
Household income of roughly $125K–$300K+ (often dual-income), with the capital depth for a $100,000 liquid capital / $250,000 net worth requirement
Comfortable hiring and delegating from day one — the single most important decision is the Studio Manager hire, not the owner's own class-teaching ability
No prior Pilates or fitness industry experience required or expected — certified instructors looking to own their own studio are a smaller, actively-developing share of the current owner base
