About MaxStrength Fitness

MaxStrength Fitness is a boutique 1-1 niche personal training studio that is efficient, effective, and safe using specialized equipment and a science-backed protocol. The environment we create is different—no mirrors, no music, and no trainer yelling. The studios at MaxStrength Fitness are a quiet, cool, and calm, temperature-controlled environment that allows our clients to come in and train in their street clothes without needing to shower and change; they LOVE that. Our expertly guided workouts transform the lives of our clients in only 20 minutes, twice a week, without breaking a sweat so they can get back to their lives.

For franchisees, we offer a spectacular opportunity as a MaxStrength Fitness owner; they can expect to have the flexibility of working in their business OR on it. The model is turn-key and can easily be managed by a general manager, allowing the owner to spend time on higher-level functions to grow their business instead of the day-to-day operations. At the same time, our training makes it possible for our owners to be completely hands-on if they choose- for the person who has always wanted the satisfaction of personally changing someone's life for the better.

Best of all, our franchisees will recoup their initial investment quickly. Revenue will become profitable in as little as four to six months. Unlike many models, there is no inventory to keep or loss prevention to worry about. And, unlike big box gyms, we don't need many clients- just the right ones. Our high-end service comes at a higher price point, so you don't have to sell much. MSF is profitable with just 50 active clients, and most studios serve an average of 175 and see 320 sessions a week while being closed on Sundays and late evenings.

Owning a MaxStrength Fitness franchise is the right choice for someone with the entrepreneurial itch or who is looking to diversify their income and wants to impact their community and transform lives.
