Initial Support and Training:

• Immediately after signing, 30 day virtual on-boarding begins. Combination of 1:1 coaching, group coaching and self paced training.
• Structure of the 1st 30 days is with a goal of them getting their first deal closed
• After they complete the virtual on-boarding they come to our headquarters in Utah for 4 days of hands on education and training.

Ongoing Support and Training:

• 4 weekly calls based on department/focus of training across all aspects of the business.
• Monthly mastermind to continue to grow their business and collaborate with other franchise owners at their level. Success Coach they will meet with regularly to ensure they stay on track.

Marketing Support:
Corporate will guide them on determining the best marketing strategy for their area then pair them with a strategic partner to execute on that marketing plan. Franchise owner has 100% control over their marketing, however, it will be done for them.

Owner’s Daily Activities: 40+ hours (Investment $130k-$150k)
Oversee the General Operations of the Business

• Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies recommended by corporate and strategic partners
• Hire, Manage and Lead a small team
• Attend networking events to drive local exposure in your market
• Drive leads and close deals including cold calling daily for first 30 days minimum
• Work with Sellers/Homeowners and Buyers to get deals done
• Determines the Best Exit Strategy for Each Property with an Operations Coach
• Manage the Business’s KPIs
