In 2011, PremierGarage was acquired by Home Franchise Concepts® and became known as “Tailored Living® featuring PremierGarage®” to expand Tailored Living’s product portfolio to include the growing categories of custom garage organization solutions and commercial-grade garage ?ooring. PremierGarage was one of the first companies to offer full garage transformations, becoming the standard for quality. With the garage becoming such a huge focus of a home, creating additional and valuable space, in November 2022, PremierGarage split from Tailored Living (now The Tailored Closet™) to capitalize on our credible, recognized brand name in the industry with 20 years of experience. Same great company, a brand new look! PremierGarage focuses on helping homeowners become more organized by designing and installing custom storage solutions in their garages, including cabinets, shelves, Slatwall storage systems, overhead racks, and automated garage storage solutions. We are the exclusive partner for flooring products from a globally recognized commercial coatings company, providing best-in-class Polyaspartic floor coatings.

Our proprietary 3D design software is integrated with our CRM for ease of creating proposals for our consumers at the appointment while much of the competition still use graph paper and pencils. In addition to offering every type of garage organization system, including Smart automated overhead storage solutions, we offer PremierOne® Polyaspartic floor coatings – a proprietary blend, developed exclusively for PremierGarage – to ensure that doors retain their color and finish integrity for years to come. And our PremierTrax® flexible, interlocking floor tiles are the most durable tiles that can be installed in a garage – tough enough to handle the parking of an airplane – making both flooring options ideal for commercial spaces.
