HomeWell Care Services has awarded a new territory in Norwalk, Connecticut to a husband-and-wife team whose consultant recognized early on that they were exactly the kind of candidates HomeWell is built for: two professionals with deep backgrounds in healthcare and client service, a personal connection to the home care industry, and a shared vision for the business they wanted to build together.

Meet the new owners

Elinore is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including the past 13 years in leadership roles guiding the clinical and operational initiatives that improve both patient experiences and organizational performance. Gerald spent 24 years with an industry-leading research and advisory firm, building a career in client services centered on customer care, advocacy, and process improvement.

For Gerald, the work is also personal. After watching his father transition through several care facilities before ultimately returning home, he gained firsthand insight into the value of receiving care in a familiar environment, and it inspired his commitment to helping others age and recover with dignity, comfort, and respect at home.
