A commissary kitchen eliminates the majority of food prep for our franchisees, which allows them to run a lean and mean machine that can be successful for years to come! The Commissary kitchen allows consistency in product. Zees don’t have to worry about mixing sauces, marinades, or side dishes. Everything the owner needs is created at our central kitchen and shipped to the owner. This eliminates error and food waste for owners.
