Franchise Resale Details

This mosquito control franchise was established in December of 2019 which was right before the pandemic hit. In Michigan we were locked down as strictly as any state in America, but I was able to get an essential business designation. We service Troy and Sterling Heights, but there is only one other franchise within 50 miles so I have several clients all through Oakland and Macomb counties. Our customers love the services we provide and we have had over 80% of customers retained from previous seasons. We have been blessed with 100% 5 star Google reviews and many clients are spreading the word about our effectiveness!

List price is approximately the same as the cost of purchasing and starting up a new franchise territory. This is an excellent opportunity to get into an operating franchise with existing customers and recurring revenue for far less time, money and energy than opening a franchise territory from scratch.
